Agreement

By creating an account or using Gift Helper (Gift Helper), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Gift Helper helps you track birthdays and anniversaries, receive email reminders, and generate AI-powered gift suggestions. We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.

Subscriptions and billing

Gift Helperoffers a free plan and an optional Pro subscription billed monthly through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing from Settings. Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and Stripe's policies.

AI gift suggestions

Gift ideas are generated by AI and provided for inspiration only. We do not guarantee accuracy of prices, product availability, or suitability. You are responsible for verifying suggestions before purchasing gifts.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not scrape or automate access beyond normal personal use.
  • Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Gift Helper is not liable for missed reminders, incorrect AI suggestions, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer protection law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
